The Pyrenees mountain range is magnificent, and never more majestic than in the winter covered in snow.

Our local Pyrenean resorts are family orientated, the mild and sunny slopes are a paradise for the beginners and children. You’ll find decent prices for ski resorts, and quality high altitude restaurants.

Ski Stations

Nearby Le Mourtis Ski Station offers 23km of skiable slopes, along with nordic skiing. Other winter actives include air boarding. Take the last chair up and descend on the Fat Bikes. The day price for an adult is 26.00 euros.

A 1 hour drive takes you to the lovely ski town of Luchon-Superbagneres, which has 32 km of slopes including a snow park. Book a ski safari, or take a trip on the cross country circuit. The day price for an adult 34.50 euros.

Peyragudes Ski Station delights beginners to experts with its 60km of pistes. The famous Vallée blanche has a separate piste of 6km, with a shuttle bus back up to the resort. Day pass price is 39.50 for an adult.

Further afield is the resort of Baqueira / Beret Ski Resort with 108km of slopes, a mammoth ski area and a truly unique way to experience the mountains and the slopes. If you have ever thought of Heli-skiing this is the place to do it. It’s relatively low cost. A day with 2 drops starts at 290 euros. Ski pass day price is 51.50 euros for an adult.
